What Is ISF (10+2)?

The US security filing requirement for all ocean cargo entering the United States.

The Importer Security Filing (ISF), commonly called '10+2', is a US CBP requirement.

The '10+2' name comes from its structure: the importer provides 10 data elements, and the carrier provides 2.

ISF applies to ALL ocean containerized cargo, regardless of value.
