What is LIFO loading and why does it matter for multi-stop routes?

LIFO (Last In, First Out) means the cargo for the last delivery stop is loaded first — deepest in the trailer. Cargo for the first stop is loaded last, nearest the rear doors. This way, when the driver arrives at Stop 1, that freight is immediately accessible without moving anything else. Without LIFO sequencing, drivers spend time at each stop digging through freight to find the right cargo — or reloading at the roadside, which damages goods and burns delivery time.

Can I check axle loads at each stop, not just when the trailer is full?

Yes. Hansatic calculates kingpin and bogie load for every stop state — full load, after Stop 1 drop, after Stop 2 drop, and so on. As cargo is removed at each stop, the weight distribution shifts.
