LTL Load Planning

Plan the LTL Load. Sequence the Stops. Validate the Axle Weights.

Hansatic places each shipper's pallets in LIFO order across delivery stops, calculates kingpin and rear bogie loads live, and hands the driver a printed loading plan — so every stop unloads cleanly and no weigh station surprises the route.

How LTL Load Planning Works

1

Add cargo by delivery stop

Enter each shipper's pallets or freight — dimensions, weight, and the stop they're destined for. Hansatic tracks each stop separately so unloading order can be enforced at arrangement time, not when the driver is already at the dock.

2

Auto-arrange in LIFO order

One click places freight in reverse stop order: cargo for the last delivery is loaded deepest, cargo for the first stop is positioned near the doors. This eliminates restacking at intermediate stops — a common source of delays and damage on multi-drop LTL routes.

3

Validate axle loads before departure

Kingpin and rear bogie loads update live as you adjust cargo positions. A red warning fires the moment a legal limit is exceeded. Fix the load on the screen — not at a weigh station 60 miles into the route.

4

Print loading instructions for the dock

Export a PDF or share a link with your loading crew. The plan shows each shipper's freight in load order, weights per stop, and axle load summary — everything the dock needs to load the truck correctly the first time.

Your next load, perfectly planned.
