Does the recipient need a Hansatic account to view the plan?

No. Shareable links are fully public and read-only — anyone with the link can view the 3D load plan, step-by-step loading instructions, and axle load summary in a browser. No login, no install, no app download required. This is by design: your warehouse crew and drivers should be able to open the plan on any device immediately.

What does the PDF loading instruction include?

The PDF export includes a numbered loading sequence (item name, dimensions, weight, destination stop, loading position), a summary of total cargo weight and container or trailer utilization, and the center-of-gravity or axle load status. It's formatted for printing A4 and reading on a warehouse floor without a screen.

Can I share plans with multiple warehouses or teams?

Yes. Each load plan generates its own shareable link. You can send different plans to different warehouses — each link shows only that plan. For multi-container or multi-trailer shipments, each container or trailer has its own plan and its own shareable link, so each loading team gets exactly what they need.
