Hansatic's auto layout engine uses real-world container loading rules - it places heavier items towards the floor and front, respects fragile and dangerous goods flags, and optimizes for a center of gravity within the 40–60% longitudinal range recommended for stable sea freight.

Can I adjust item positions after auto layout?

Yes. After auto layout runs, you can drag individual items to fine-tune their positions. The CoG indicator updates in real time so you always know if your load is balanced.

Which container types does auto layout support?

Auto layout works for all supported container types: 20ft standard (20DC), 40ft standard (40DC), 40ft High Cube (40HC), and 53ft standard (53DC). Simply select your container type when creating a plan and the engine adapts to the correct internal dimensions and payload limits.
